Can Beia es nuestra casa vacacional. Intentamos cuidar los detalles. La limpieza es una prioridad para nosotros así como procurar a los huéspedes para que se sientan como en casa.
La casa tiene 180 m2 en 2 plantas con 3 habitaciones con aire acondicionado en toda la casa. Vivienda para 6 personas. Espacioso y luminoso: salón-comedor abierto grande, mesa de comedor, TV pantalla plana, placas de calefacción para el inivierno y agua caliente. Cocina abierta y equipada. Tres terrazas con vistas al mar. 1 baño con bañera y 2 baños con ducha. El alojamiento dispone de: lavadora, secadora, secador de pelo. Internet.
Vista muy bonita al mar, a la montaña y a la bahía de Alcudia. Acceso al mar a 100 metros. Adecuado para familias. Posibilidad de excursiones y senderismo. Te sientes en un lugar ajeno a todos los problemas y estrés que genera la vida diaria.
La casa tiene una plaza de aparcamiento de uso privativo al aire libre. Al huéspedes le corresponde en exclusividad el aparcamiento número 10.
Se ofrece atención telefónica y por whatsapp para resolver cualquier duda y para solicitar más información acerca de la isla de Mallorca.
Los huéspedes disponen de un juego de ropa de cama y un juego de toallas para la ducha y playa.

Can Beia is our vacational home. We try to take care of the details. Cleanliness is a priority for us as well as ensuring guests feel at home.
The house has 180 m2 on 2 floors with 3 bedrooms with air conditioning throughout the house. Housing for 6 people. Spacious and bright: large open living-dining room, dining table, flat screen TV, heating plates for winter and hot water. Open and equipped kitchen. Three terraces with sea views. 1 bathroom with bathtub and 2 bathrooms with shower. The accommodation has: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Internet.
Very nice view of the sea, the mountains and the bay of Alcudia. Access to the sea 100 meters away. Suitable for families. Possibility of excursions and hiking. You feel in a place far removed from all the problems and stress that daily life generates.
The house has a private outdoor parking space. Parking number 10 is exclusive to guests.
Telephone and WhatsApp support is offered to resolve any questions and to request more information about the island of Mallorca.
Guests are provided with a set of bed linen and a set of towels for the shower and beach. For the winter season, one more set of bedding is added.

Das Haus verfügt über 180 m2 auf 2 Etagen mit 3 Schlafzimmern und Klimaanlage im ganzen Haus. Wohnen für 6 Personen. Geräumig und hell: großes offenes Wohn-Esszimmer, Esstisch, Flachbildfernseher, Heizplatten für den Winter und Warmwasser. Offene und ausgestattete Küche. Drei Terrassen mit Meerblick. 1 Badezimmer mit Badewanne und 2 Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die Unterkunft verfügt über: Waschmaschine, Trockner, Haartrockner. Internet.
Sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Meer, die Berge und die Bucht von Alcudia. Zugang zum Meer 100 Meter entfernt. Geeignet für Familien. Möglichkeit von Ausflügen und Wanderungen. Sie fühlen sich an einem Ort, weit weg von allen Problemen und dem Stress, den der Alltag mit sich bringt.
Das Haus verfügt über einen privaten Parkplatz im Freien. Der Parkplatz Nr. 10 steht ausschließlich Gästen zur Verfügung.

Den Gästen stehen ein Satz Bettwäsche und ein Satz Handtücher für die Dusche und den Strand zur Verfügung. Für die Wintersaison wird ein weiterer Satz Bettwäsche hinzugefügt.
